Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays, unless otherwise specified.

Our complimentary Mindfull Shipping option may require 1–2 weeks before dispatch.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided if your selected shipping method includes tracking.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Canadian Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for Canadian orders:

Mindfull Shipping: Our complimentary shipping option does not include tracking. Orders using this method may take 1–2 weeks to ship, followed by an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days.

Standard Shipping: Available for $9.99, with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracked Shipping: Available for $15.99, with an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on your location, postal carrier, and external circumstances.

United States Shipping

We offer tracked shipping to the United States.

Tracked US Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: $19.99 CAD

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days

  • Order Processing: Typically within 5 business days

  • Tracking: Included

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We offer tracked international shipping to eligible destinations.

International Tracked Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: $25.00 CAD

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–4 weeks

  • Tracking: Included

International delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products

Certain MINDFULL MODE products require additional preparation time before shipment.

  • Pre-Order Items: Typically ship within 2–3 weeks.

  • Made-to-Order Clothing: May require up to 1 week before shipment.

  • Vault Collection: May require approximately 10 days before shipment.

These processing times are separate from the estimated shipping transit times.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, fulfillment may be delayed until all items are ready.

Backordered Items

Occasionally, popular products may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item in your order is backordered, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an updated shipping estimate.

Where appropriate, available items may be shipped separately from backordered products.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or increased shipping volumes.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@mindfullmode.com.

We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order ships, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply to packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, where permitted by law.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

For tracked shipments, we recommend reviewing the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that our complimentary Mindfull Shipping option does not include tracking, which may limit our ability to locate packages in transit.

We will review missing-package concerns individually and assist with appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
